The Grand Finale – The Humpbacks
Ellie and I were invited out with some friends hoping to spot a few of the last migrating Humpbacks. We were not too optimistic this late in the season, especially after watching the mast snap off a nearby charter and seeing the military come with their fingers on the trigger of machine guns (their intention being solely to take pictures of a boat full of panicked tourists). Approaching sunset we saw one of the most amazing spectacles, very close up as a mother Humpback breached. The few pictures I was able to capture don’t do the experience justice.

Hello:
I have located the appropriate CA DMV code for smog exemption in Baja… it is 27.150 and specifically states which Mexican towns are not exampt… all on the border, of course. I can copy if you want..contact me at tcemerald@aol.com
So the DMV turned me down for the 5th time because my insurance was sent to a US address..no, you must be a resident of Mexico..(*(*&(*&(
they are idiots at DMV.
